I'm Sophie, and I've been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. One thing I’ve seen time and time again is how many women live in a constant battle with their bodies—never feeling quite good enough. Even after hitting a weight loss goal, many women still find new reasons to dislike how they look.
I know this struggle intimately. Ten years ago, after competing in my first bodybuilding show—a goal I’d worked so hard for—I expected to feel proud and satisfied. But instead, I felt more critical of my body than ever. It was like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow had been moved even further away.
What I’ve come to understand is that how we feel in our bodies—and about our bodies—has far more to do with how we think than how we look. If I was ever going to truly feel good in myself, I needed to work on my mind, not just my body.
That realization transformed not only my own journey, but the way I coach. Today, I help women untangle their self-worth from their appearance and build a relationship with movement, health, and body image that’s grounded, compassionate, and sustainable.
My passion is helping you work toward your goals, feel proud of your body, and care about how you look—without letting it take over your life.
I split my coaching into four main pillars: Exercise & Movement, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mindset.
Knowing what to do is one thing — actually putting it into practice consistently is where most people struggle. That’s exactly where coaching comes in.
I’ll guide you through each pillar with practical, personalised steps that fit your life, helping you build real, lasting habits. Together, we’ll turn knowledge into action so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Your coaching package includes a fully personalised training programme designed to fit your lifestyle—whether you train at home or in the gym.
You'll access everything through an easy-to-use app where you can follow your workouts, track progress, and stay accountable.
This is not a generic plan. Whether you're working toward big strength goals, performance milestones, or simply want a structured and effective approach to training, your programme is built specifically for you.
Whether you’re confused about what to eat or feel like you 'know what to do' but can’t seem to follow through, I’ll help you build healthy habits and make changes that stick — without the battle or control.
Together, we’ll shift your focus from trying to control your body to learning how to fuel your life with energy and confidence, so you can show up fully for what matters most to you.
My lifestyle coaching helps you create daily routines and habits that support your overall wellbeing — beyond just exercise and nutrition.
We look at how factors like sleep, stress management, time for rest and fun, and setting boundaries all play a crucial role in how you feel physically and mentally.
I work with you to identify small but meaningful changes that fit your unique life, making it easier to maintain energy, reduce overwhelm, and build a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle that supports your health and happiness every day.
My coaching helps you uncover what truly matters to you and create a life aligned with those values. You’ll learn to accept difficult thoughts and feelings without judgment, while committing to meaningful action that moves you forward. Together, we break free from harsh self-criticism and build a kinder, more curious relationship with yourself. I support you in shifting focus toward gratitude and progress, developing a flexible and compassionate relationship with your body, and recognising unhelpful patterns so you can choose healthier responses. Ultimately, you’ll reclaim mental space and energy to fill your life with purpose and fulfillment beyond appearance.
Once you have applied, been approved and signed up, I will get to know you and your goals through a more detailed application. From here I can design your programme around your lifestyle and where you need the most support.
1-1 Online coaching is £200 per month
I reccomend 3 months minimum to get the most out of coaching.
Your programme will be tailored to your needs whether you want to train at home, at the gym or a combination of both.
I want to help you feel confident and at home in your body.
If changing how your body looks — including weight loss — is part of that journey for you, that’s okay. My goal is to support you in doing it in a way that not only changes your body, but also improves how you feel and think about it.
Rather than being consumed by appearance or stuck in a cycle of control, I’ll help you focus on movement and nourishment as ways to care for your health, and to appreciate your body for everything it allows you to do in a full, meaningful life.
Not at all — but we’re going to do things differently.
You don’t have to give up the desire to change your body. That’s a valid and deeply personal choice. But in our work together, we’ll shift the focus from chasing weight loss at all costs to building a respectful, sustainable relationship with your body.
That means learning to care for your health in ways that don’t depend entirely on your weight to feel good enough. Weight loss can be an important part of caring for our bodies and working on a physique we are proud of can be fun and rewarding — but how you look won’t be the only marker of success.
You’ll gain tools to feel more at ease in your body now, while still holding space for change — without the shame, obsession, or all-or-nothing thinking.
That’s completely fine — and honestly, it might be the perfect time to start this work.
So many women feel pressure to “get in shape” before a holiday, which often leads to strict dieting, over-exercising, and body anxiety. But those short-term fixes rarely leave you feeling good on the holiday — they usually just add more stress and guilt.
Instead, we’ll work on helping you:
Feel more at ease in your body before you go
Navigate food without restriction or overthinking
Move your body in ways that feel good — not punishing
Focus on confidence, enjoyment, and being present, rather than self-criticism
No — you never have to weigh yourself.
For many people, weighing themselves fuels obsession, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking — and that’s not helpful for long-term change.
If using scales tends to be problematic for you, we’ll focus on how you feel in your body, how you’re living your life, and how your relationship with food, movement, and self-image is shifting.
If you want to use the scale, we can talk about how to do it in a mindful, non-obsessive way — but it’s never a requirement.
That’s a completely valid fear — and also, it makes total sense.
If you’ve spent years trying different approaches, only to end up back at square one, it’s no wonder you’d feel hesitant. But this work is different. It’s not about chasing perfection, strict rules, or willpower — it’s about building something sustainable, step by step.
You can’t fail at learning how to treat yourself with more care, respect, and compassion. Some days will be easier than others — and that’s expected. I’m here to support you through all of it.
